About Us
Welcome to the Studio @ 808, conveniently located at 808 Raritan Avenue, Highland Park, NJ, at the entrance to the town's business district.
Our facility consists of 3 floors of work-out space, including our Dojo, Spin Room, and Exercise / Dance Room.
Members are provided with high quality fitness facilities, professional services, and Karate instruction in a well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.
In addition to a well-equipped fitness center, both members and non-members alike are presented the opportunity to take part in various aerobic and non-aerobic classes. The classes currently being offered include Boot Camp, Spinning Classes, Isshinryu Karate, and Ziran Martial Arts.
Also available at the Studio is a wide assortment of beverages, nutritional supplements, and shakes to be enjoyed before, during, and after your workout.
