3/2/1 Boot Camp
Cardiovascular / Strength / Core
Boot Camp class is free to all members of Studio @ 808, $5.00 for everyone else. Join Trainer Marc Ciamarra for this 60 minute class. Focus is primarily a mix of moderate to high intensity cardiovascular exercises and plyometrics, strength training, with a focus on abdominal and core exercises. All fitness levels are encouraged and welcome to join this class, as Marc can modify most exercises to suit your needs.

* begin with a short warm up of jogging and light stretching

60 sec plank
30 leg scissors
20 side crunches (each side)
30 sec supermans
60 sec plank
Arms
10 pushups
10 dips
1 (60 sec) body bridge
5 burpees
Legs
10 squats
20 front lunges
20 side lunges
20 standing calf raises
5 jumping squats
